Having  been involved in Criminal defence work for many years Mark headed the criminal department in an Essex general practice  and joined as one of the three founder directors soon after the formation of the firm.

He has expertise at all levels of criminal defence work and has been involved in many high profile murder, conspiracy  cases and hijacking offences. A number of his cases over the years have attracted nationwide media attention.

His empathetic approach and attention to detail has made him one of the noted criminal advocates in the South East.

Specialising in advocacy he appears daily in Magistrates’ courts  and has  a very  large own client following.

He is also noted for his expertise in Road Traffic Law and in particular offences of excess alcohol and speeding.

Simon is one of the founder directors of the firm when a firm devoted exclusively to criminal defence work was set up.

He is an extremely experienced Magistrates’ Court advocate appearing daily in Court over the last 20 years.

A specialist in all aspects of criminal law  and undertakes work at the Police Station, Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.

Simon’s work is mainly based on his vast number of existing clients or new clients based on recommendation. Particularly noted for his tenacity and fighting to get the best result for clients

He has defended in cases involving serious criminal allegations. With particular expertise in cases of murder, manslaughter, armed robbery and major drug conspiracies and allegations involving firearms.

Also involved in a number of high profile cases in Essex and throughout the UK, including, Government Contractor Fraud and Football Violence.
