One of our founder Directors, Mark Pearson, retired on 31st May 2020.

Mark spent 40 years in practice having been admitted as a Solicitor in 1983.  He was involved in Criminal defence work for many of those years.  Mark headed the criminal department in an Essex general practice before joining JSP soon after the formation of the firm.

His empathetic approach and attention to detail made him one of the most noted criminal advocates in the South East.  He was a mainstay at Magistrates Courts across Essex and was the trusted advocate for his very large own client following.

It is a sad day for the firm but we all sincerely wish Mark and his family the very best wishes in his retirement.
